Michael, the tow truck operator, was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable of his craft. He approached it with high confidence and had all of the appropriate tools to load my car safely. Angela, the dispatcher and customer service representative, is very much appreciated as well for her incredible customer service and patience during my scheduling dilemma. I called two other service providers prior to Southside, but going forward, Southside Wrecker will be my preferred service provider. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a respectful, friendly, quality tow for any vehicle specifically high-end cars. Thank you again and again!!!

Jay towed our van from Summergrove to the Honda dealership for us tonight. Our van is full of electronic stuff and would not go into neutral. He ended up having to put it on "skates" to get it loaded. He saw we had our kids with us and told us to take them home. He sent pictures to my husband letting him know the van had been dropped off for us. Super friendly and helpful!

Southside Wrecker Service was amazing! The dispatcher was very communicative and made everything simple. I was told a truck would arrive within 30–40 minutes, and Miranda showed up right on time. Miranda took great care of my vehicle. Since it sat low, Miranda made sure to unload it safely and placed it exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely use Southside Wrecker again.
