We have been loyal customers here for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We brought in our son’s new car for a routine inspection, including an oil change and additional work. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, it began smoking. When my husband later opened the hood, oil splashed into his eye, which was extremely concerning and unsafe. He discovered the oil cap had not been replaced, causing oil to spray throughout the engine, onto the exhaust, and all over our driveway. When we contacted the shop, we were told that if the car was returned before noon, it would be inspected and we would receive a call. We never received that call. Because of this error, we were without a vehicle for two days and had to rearrange work and school schedules, including taking time off work. Ultimately, the only action taken was cleaning the oil spill and refilling the oil. There was no follow-up communication, no apology, and no offer of reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused. Given our long history with this business, we are very surprised and disappointed by the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer care shown in handling this situation. This was once our go-to place, and this experience has significantly changed our confidence in their service.

I left a 5-star review when I first brought my car in several years ago, and I’m happy to leave another 5 stars again! They are truly professional, amazing at what they do, and always get things done as quickly as possible. They’re also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, transparent throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable and absolutely love them!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Hello, If I could give a rating of no Stars I would. I brought my Car in for Springs and Struts to the front end of my Mercedez E350. They installed the Springs & Struts. I picked up the Vehicle and heard a "Creeking" sound. I brought the vehicle back the next day. They said that the noise I was hearing was caused by a need for a new repair. I called BS on that. They would not take responsibility. I did get the vehicle repaired elsewhere, Arlington Performance center used after market parts which caused the issue. They lie and do not stand behind their work. DON'T GO THERE.
