Never had dealt with being towed before, when I called the process of retrieving my vehicle was explained very clearly and patiently. Then when I went to pickup, everything went smooth with the driver and the other worker. Handed them what I owed and they accommodated me well from there. Everything was in my car as I left it as well. Thank you guys for not raking me over the coals, appreciate it greatly.

I want to take the time today to give a review I do understand everyone have different experiences! Today I had to pick my car up and I was scared from the reviews literally……I hired a guy to get my car and he was actually the problem the lady at the yard was so nice to me and she tried too be with the guy. his paperwork wasn’t right and he was made at her which don’t make sense to me ! The lady gave me a number to another towing company and wait so I can get my car I really appreciated that! Customer service for me was great!

How is this company in business with the amount of complaints filed against them? I recommend any business, look to another company. Any one who uses these towing services are vultures to consumers and better be ready to be reported themselves as as a business to consumer affairs. Terrible customer service, and their guidelines are actually present to make the process of releasing your vehicle impossible. I was told I can pic my car up (paid for less than 12 hours after tow, but been in their custody for over 72 hours by the time I get the car back. Their “policy” for collecting my OWN VEHICLE THAT HAS BEEN SATISFIED, is that it can be released M, W, F - between 11am-1pm. How does that make sense? I promise, if they give me a hard time, I will be arriving with local law enforcement. They also broke into my car upon having it less than 20 hours! Definitely reporting Nissan for using a company with such terrible reputation/ horrible consumer practices. Again, companies. If you care about your customers, use a company that isn’t actually ridiculous with their policies. It will fair better on your company.
