place with one person working waited almost 40 mins for him to come to his business to release my car and he has an attitude when he arrives what a joke no wonder why the low rating and from the looks of it no one wants to work with him 0 stars well deserved I don’t understand why the police around the area decide to work with such a shitty company

I literally don’t why the Police Department works with them. I was in a car accident last week and this company has added an ample amount of stress to an already stressful situation…they make you feel like you’re the one who decided to get into an accident as well making you feel like you’re trying to steal from them or trying to steal your belongings back. If I could give zero stars trust me I would.

The worst experience ever with a tow company. Got into a car accident and went to collect my belongings. First, they were close when I call and spoke to the agent they told me they would open the next day at 9am. When I went the next day the facility was close and told me they were appointment only. After I try to get an appointment to collect my belongings from a junk car yard, my insurance needed to send them a letter stating that I have full coverage and will be responsible for all cost… they claim they have been in business since 1997 but to me it sounds like they don’t know what they are doing. Poorly handle and the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Do yourself a favor and use another company.
