I've always been a Costco member, but when I tell you that the Scan and Go option on the Sam's Club app is a LIFE CHANGER, I mean it.<br><br>One of the most dreadful things to do is go to a supermarket (or anywhere) on a sunday. With the app, you can walk in the store, pick everything you need, scan it and then pay for it without ever having to go to a register. That in itself saves about 45 minutes of your day.<br><br>Prices are great, the place is always clean, the options are endless and there's always enough space where you don't feel like a sardine walking down the aisles.

After five previous trips hoping to find Clearly Canadian for my kids, I called ahead and was told it would finally be in stock. But when I arrived, the shelves were empty again. Feeling frustrated, I asked a nearby employee for help. He checked briefly and asked another employee and then that employee told me to find someone else. At that point, I was ready to give up.<br><br>Then I saw Mike Hooper.<br><br>Mike didn’t hesitate. He said, “Let me go check for you,” and actually did. Not only did he search the back, but he came out with a cart loaded with all five cases I had asked for. His kindness, initiative, and genuine care turned my entire experience around. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service, and Mike truly went above and beyond.<br><br>This moment alone made my Sam’s Club membership worth it. We need more employees like Mike — he’s a standout and a true asset to the Secaucus location. Thank you, Mike!

I’ve been a member for a while but lately the store isn’t what it used to be. There are longer membership lines. Not enough staff to help in the front. There are more younger staff who are seen on their phone. Maybe it’s the last time I renew the membership. It isn’t worth it anymore.
