I can’t recommend Schocks Towing enough. I was out cruising with friends when my car unexpectedly broke down, and what started as a stressful situation quickly turned into a great experience thanks to their team. Before calling Schocks, I had contacted another towing company that told me multiple times they were on the way—but after nearly five hours and three follow-ups, they still hadn’t shown up. Frustrated, I decided to call Shocks, and that’s when everything changed. Javier arrived within 45 minutes—fast, professional, and ready to help. My car is heavily modified and sits extremely low, which makes towing a challenge, but Javier handled it with real skill and care. He even went the extra mile by calling his manager, Eric, who was off at the time, to come assist. Together, they made sure my car was loaded safely without a single scrape or issue. Ironically, the original towing company finally showed up just as Javier and Eric were finishing up—almost five hours after I first called them. That alone says everything. Javier and Eric were not only highly skilled, but also genuinely friendly, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. They turned a frustrating breakdown into a smooth, stress-free experience. If you need reliable towing or roadside assistance, Schocks is the only call you should make. 100/10 service from start to finish. I truly can’t thank them enough and will absolutely be using them again if needed.

Awful. Granted it was cold and icy out. I had put my car in neutral with my handbrake on ready for the driver. He said he had it from there so I came inside. 5 minutes later he phoned to ask how the hand released. I said just press the button to release it. I went down there and he had yanked with a lot of strength in the opposite direction towards the back seat. Breaking sone plastic in the center console. His excuse was that it was frozen. It wasn’t. It engaged with ease, as always when I set it. 3 clicks. I called his manager and sent pictures. Hunter said the owner would be in the next day. Crickets. I texted again and asked what their process was. Crickets. I left a vm. Crickets. People are human and make mistakes but the lack of accountability is now causing me to file in small claims court. The drivers actions caused both wheels to be locked up and the hand brake to be damaged. My mechanic was able to tease the wheels but now I have no functioning handbrake. I highly recommend using another tow company.
