Horrible monsters. Don't EVER buy a car from Woods Auto Sales. Two months ago I bought a vehicle here and have had only problems since. My car was at my mechanic for a full week so they could try to figure out what was wrong with it. They came back with a list of $4,000 worth of things I have to fix in order for my car to actually work properly. Yes, the car seemed to be working perfectly when I bought it. Since then, my car has broken down 3 times, the heat and air doesn't work at all, and so many more issues. Erik and his sidekick worker, pretended to be there for me and help me "all they can". According to Erik's worker, Erik promised to pay to fix my heat but he was magically on vacation for over a month. I suffered with no heat during the brutally cold winter months. When Erik finally returned after over a month, I left my car with him for him to "look at" and I had to pay for an Uber home. Then Erik magically went on vacation again and then I was told I would have to wait a few more weeks for him to maybe fix it. He could easily arrange for my car to be fixed while he's gone but he's doing all this to delay the process so I should end up having to fix it myself. I don't know how anyone in their right mind could be such a crook. After two brutal winter months with no heat, I am now forced to fix it myself, with the rest of the list of broken things that he should have fixed. What we thought was a reasonably priced car turned out to be a price that wasn't worth it at all. I should've followed my gut and listened to everyone in the reviews saying not to buy a car from here. At least take the message from me!

I recently bought a car from them, and it was one of my worst experiences ever. My car DOES NOT work well. They were all nice before I bought the car, but the second I bought it, they turned on me. They were not there for me and acted horrible to me. If you are ever considering buying a car, DO NOT buy from here!

This place needs to be shut down! I saw the bad reviews. I didn't listen to them because I thought I was smarter. My car is in the mechanic for the 4th time since I got it only 4 months ago. When I test drove the car, it seemed perfect. Now, over $2 grand later, the issues with it continue. Woods pretended to be there for me but when it actually came to it, they're useless.
