These people are absolute thieves. They tow your car without disclosing the location. It’s Sunday and they’re closed yet they towed the vehicle? They ask for cash? To pickpocket the money for themselves? Shady business and shady workers. Definitely something illegal going on but don’t be surprised when a PI starts investigating.

Raineri’s Towing towed my car at 4 AM for supposedly blocking a driveway — a spot where I’ve parked before and only ever received a ticket. I understand towing laws can be strict, but what happened next is what truly pushed this experience into nightmare territory. When I got my car back, the tire pressure sensor went off immediately. Turns out, I had a flat tire — and not a slow leak, a full flat. I called to report this, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. Her response? “How do you know you didn’t pick up a nail on the way back?” and “We are not responsible for what the vehicle picks up on the way.” Except I told her — the warning went off as soon as I turned the ignition on in their lot. No accountability, no empathy, and definitely no offer to make it right. To make matters worse, this isn’t an isolated incident. Raineri’s has a reputation for towing aggressively and treating people with little to no respect. A quick search shows I’m not the first person to experience shady behavior or vehicle damage. I ended up losing $200 to fix the tire, got slapped with a $55 ticket, and was treated with complete disrespect. I’m demanding to be reimbursed for the tire at the very least. If you're reading this and considering using their services — or worse, relying on them in any official capacity — think twice.

The worst company people know your rights. They were towing cars on the main street where it said no parking that’s a Ticket not a tow-away.
