MY son had an auto accident. Mr Webster was very polite when I reach out to him to handle the business for my son Who lives 2 hours from here. He met me at his establishment and allowed me to get all of the belongings from the car. He even offered to assist me. Most importantly he asked about my son. That really touches my heart.

Alton Webster is the father of Chris Webster Chris Webster has been very nice to me and Patrick Locklear every time we got our car stuck in a ditch and we hit a few deers and we've gotten stuck in the mud before every time we called him we had his personal cell phone number he would come and pull us out of a jam.. but the last 2 times we've call him Toto our truck that is currently broken down to a repair shop to the town over from ours he tells us on the phone the phone yes he'll do it for $50 & the place that we are taking our vehicle to makes you set an appointment up with a date and specific time to have ur vehicle there we told Mr.Webster a day ahead of the appointment and when it needed to be dropped off no later we even called him the next morning to remind him and confirm that he can still tow it there.. he tells us yes he remembers and he will be there he will not forget.. the appointment was at 1:00 p.m. we tried calling him again at 11:00 a.m. then again at 12:00 p.m. then we tried to call him again at 12:30 p.m. no answer we even texted his phone letting him know who it was and reminding him that it was time to tow my vehicle over there... No reply.... This is the second time he has done this to us this is the second appointment we've missed because of him.. we would call somewhere else but he is the only tow truck driver in our small town of McColl that our automotive insurance will pay so the money won't have to come out of our pockets... So here I am now rescheduling another appointment for this coming Friday at 2:00 p.m.... hoping Mr Webster will call me back today and apologize for forgetting so I can alert him of the new appointment date and time..... He's a good person and a great tow truck driver.. but either he's very forgetful or unreliable.. one of the two.

Mr Webster was so nice and allowed my sister and myself to go through the junkyard and take photos. He has been working on cars since he was 18 and now he must be approaching 88.
