I called to have a truck towed less than 5 miles and asked for the price multiple times while on the phone. I was told they needed to contact the driver and that he would call me directly. That seemed reasonable. However, the driver didn’t give me the price until he was already at the drop-off location with my truck — and the total was $250 + CC fees, + sales tax . I was specifically trying to find the most affordable option, so that was frustrating. With a name like “J & J Affordable Towing,” I expected more affordable pricing. What makes it more disappointing is that another company quoted me $175 (they just couldn’t get there until later that afternoon). My advice to others: make sure you get the full price upfront before the tow is completed. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had a similar experience.

Super friendly guy and very professional. His driver (didn’t get his name) but he also was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this towing company and will use them again if ever needed. Thank you for your help!

My grandsons car broke down while he was away at college. This towing company was fast, efficient and everyone was very friendly. The driver had excellent customer service. I totally recommend this company and this driver! 10 out of 10.
