The towing service responded promptly and got me booked right away. When it was time for pickup, Blake arrived exactly on time and put in great effort to get my car loaded onto the truck. At the destination, he went above and beyond again to help push the car into a proper parking spot since it wasn’t cranking. I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!

At approximately 10:15am, I spoke with a representative regarding the towing of my vehicle that had been arranged through the insurance company. During the call, the representative spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I immediately informed her that I would not tolerate being spoken to that way and asked that the process be stopped. I ended the call due to the representative’s behavior. I am documenting this interaction and request that USAA contact another towing company to transport my vehicle

Michael was very helpful to me today - arrived quickly and answered all my questions as I had never had to get my vehicle towed before. My roadside assistance initially said 30-60 minutes before someone would arrive but it was maybe 10 minutes, and he called me beforehand to confirm the location of my car on the road.
