I don't even want to give this place a 1 star but anyway!! My truck got impounded and the Yukon cops had these theives come tow my truck to their impound lot and it was there about 3 weeks before I could get the money together to get my truck back!!!! Of course cops did not take good inventory of my truck because my Snap on car scanner and some of my tools were stolen and in the back of my truck I had 2 fairly new truck batteries I had just bought and a case of water from Aldis and that stuff was gone and my small black personal back pack with my medications that I take for heart stints and diabetes and alot of my personal effects small jewelry and all my car titles inside the back pack with some knives and just random stuff if mine were all stolen out of my truck!!! Well the guy that came to let us have the truck back said that he was the one that impounded it that night he came got it and said he put it inside his shop and that's where it stayed the whole time!! So for sure if he has cameras like he says it will show someone stealing my stuff!!!! But of course after he supposedly checked the cameras we finally got ahold of him 2 days later and he said "he reviewed them and that his employees don't steal and that the cops must have taken my stuff!!! he was rude and got off the phone and hadn't taken a call from us Sense!!!: so now I'm lost on what to do!!!!!

Don't trust them to tow because this is the last thing they want to do. As the tow truck person come to my residence to tow my vehicle to the dealership he decides to play mechanic and tell me it's the battery. That he isn't trying to tow the vehicle. Then I explained that it's a computer glitch that they liked to service it. He then puts the car in neutral and pulls my car all the way out my street. Hitches it and the stops. He alerts me he has to go and come back later some time. And asked him why if my car was in route to be towed. He said he was dispatched on another call. So he has to basically leave my car where it's at now. It the middle of the street. Has no return time, has no one coming back. Called my dealership to send another tow service. Very rude, unprofessional and negligent. Just imagine if my car was hooked up and he would have to leave us stranded somewhere. Even the caller who dispatched him knows he left the job site. Update: thanks to BTR recovery for rescuing the situation. Even if he said once the car is hooked up. They would never un hook it to leave. They would dispatch another truck. The footage you say would not have recorded our conversation or the entire incident from my porch or the view as he was parked at the corner of the street. Still trying to figuring your way around it.
