This store has poor customer service and their prepaid assembly and delivery services are NOT worth adding for your order. I ordered a bookshelf and added services, at extra cost, for Lowe’s to assemble and deliver the bookshelf. The assembly services delayed the delivery date of the item because the store said they had to wait to have a certain number of items to be assembled for their third party contractor to visit the store and assemble items. On the day the bookshelf was finally assembled and scheduled for delivery, the bookshelf was broken while being loaded onto the truck. The store sent me a photo of the broken item, and refunded me for the cost of the item. I asked to be refunded in full, including the cost of the assembly and delivery services, which I didn’t receive since I didn’t get the item and were nearly equal to the cost of the item. The store associate and store manager said that would be done without issue. It has been about three weeks since they offered to refund in full, and I have yet to receive a full refund. I followed up with multiple emails to the store team, which were not responded to, and I talked to Lowe’s customer service, which referred the issue back to the store. When I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager most recently, I was put on a long hold and hung up on repeatedly. I do not suggest using this store, and if you do, do not rely on their services, just DIY!

Terrible service and very rude. I had a lumber package for house build that I am working on that I ordered and paid in full that was set to be delivered on Monday morning. Not only did they not show up but I received no phone call or communication about at all. I called to speak to M.O.D. and was assured delivery would be out the next day. On Tuesday morning the same thing I have a crew set to start framing and once again no show from Lowes. I called back into store to speak to M.O.D. and was deflected to an associate who was very rude and did not care as a matter of fact about my position and the fact I was still waiting on 10 thousand dollar lumber package and paying guys who were now waiting on delivery for two days. I explained that of they couldn't live up to there end of the deal I would have to cancel order and get materials at different supplier. The unprofessional associate says to me...OK I will go ahead and process your request..<br>My order was cancelled and reason she put was out of stock. BAD BUSINESS !!<br>I did receive full order of lumber package the very next morning 7am from Florid Forest Products and at a lower cost and premium quality lumber. I did however receive my refund promptly.<br>I would not return nor refer any contractors because this could negatively and directly affect my business.

We purchased a clearance item online and went to customer service at the Lowe’s JC location because the product was defective and did not work. We were told by the associate, Noquiita, that clearance items are not eligible for refunds, even if defective, and she was very rude during the interaction. She also stated that she would not continue assisting my husband because she felt he “wasn’t understanding,” despite the fact that the issue was simply that the product did not function.<br><br>Fortunately, the store manager understood the situation and resolved it by providing us with a store credit. While we appreciate the manager’s assistance, the way this situation was initially handled by the associate was unprofessional and unnecessary.
