We bought a new Ram Rollback from Atlanta Wrecker Sales,They had thier driver meet me half way on a 700mi pickup trip.We met at a truck stop where the driver was given the wrong bill of sale,30mi down the road I noticed everytime the blinkers were turned on the headlights would flash,stopped to check that out and noticed the tires,40psi way to low. This is the day after they did a COMPLETE DOT INSPECTION, DOT might want to look into that.Weeks later still no paper work to licence the truck,They lost it and had to get replacement.After about 1500 mi it developed a very loud rattle where the E brake cable was routed crazy around the bed and cab mount from bed installation,$500 to Ram dealer to unbolt the cab and put cable in a better position.I sent the bill to them and was told "no problem we will reimburse you,our mistake". 2 months later and a few phone calls and nothing yet. This was the second truck we bought from them first time was very smooth,They seem to be going down hill.
