Mike is a rip off artist. My truck suddenly died when I slammed on my brakes. He towed my truck about 10 miles to his shop. He said as soon as he got to his shop he reached under the dash and reset the fuel button. Why didn't he tell us that was what was wrong so we could have fixed it and been on our way? He charged us $200.00 to tow it and another $50.00 to reset the switch. When I got to his shop, I wanted to pay with a credit card. It made him mad. He started raising his voice and said he would charge me $40.00 to use the card. He wanted cash. I told him I didn't have cash on me. He wanted me to go to the ATM and get cash. I told him I wouldn't do it. I wanted to write a check. He said he would still charge me $40.00 for the check. I told him I wouldn't give him anymore money. He finally said he would take the check if I wrote it to him and not the wrecker service. He is a very shady guy who likes to take advantage of a female. He refused to give me a receipt.

Would trust this man with anything. It won’t be the most cost effective but you better believe your car be fixed right and on time. If he is busy he will let you know up front, not have your car suiting for 3 months before looking at it. OlD school, honest service

Gary was a total life saver. Our motorcycle battery died on a Sunday morning. Everything in the area was closed. Called A & A and got and answer. Gary arrived and determined that all we needed was a new battery. He drove to Hot Springs and got the right battery, returned and installed and then we were on our way. It is obvious that he loves what he does and loves to help people. We are so grateful.
