⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – Above and Beyond Service! We were headed back home when, unexpectedly, our truck started running hot and we had to pull over. Full of anxiety and unsure of what was wrong, I Googled the nearest auto repair shop and Smith Auto Repair came up. We carefully drove the four miles there, nervous about the situation and whether we were making the right decision. Let me tell you—choosing Smith Auto Repair was the best decision we could have made. We were immediately greeted with a warm, welcoming smile by the woman working the front office. I truly wish I could remember her name, but I’ll never forget how she treated us—like neighbors she had known for years. She was honest and told us they might not be able to fix the truck, but reassured us they would take care of us no matter what. Within minutes, a young mechanic came out (I believe his name started with a “K”). He took a look under the hood and quickly identified the issue. Simultaneously, the kind lady up front started calling around trying to locate the hose we desperately needed. A local shop said they could get it the next morning, and we were trying to figure out what our next move would be. Then the young mechanic came back and asked us to give him a moment. Shortly after, he returned—with a used hose—and replaced the broken one on our truck. When we thanked him and asked how much we owed, he simply smiled and said he had spoken with the lady up front and told us not to worry about it at all. He wished us safe travels home and sent us on our way. Hands down, Smith Auto Repair went well above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and offering truly exceptional customer service. Five stars without a doubt—I cannot recommend them enough.

Best Transmission shop in NEA! Best price and quick service compared to other transmission shops in Jonesboro and I mean that too! I dropped my transmission off to get it rebuilt and they had it done the next day! Got it installed and transmission is shifting great! I did mess up on the exhaust it was vibrating in park so I took it over to him and took care of me in 5 min! I recommended them for someone that needs a bench work or complete rebuild! Thank you Tim!

I definitely do not recommend took a trans in12/24. Picked it up January. It wasn't right. Contacted and he said he would get another. Then he forgot. So July I finally got the second trans. And it won't shift. Now I'm stuck impatiently waiting for a 3rd. That I absolutely have no faith in. I hope nobody else has to go through this. 8 months. Still can't drive my truck!!!
