Mrs. Kim and her husband are very nice and reasonable. They helped me out during my most helpless times ever. My insurance company failed to come and tow me and my car ended up being towed but they helped me retrieve it so that I can make my serious medical appointments. They gave me time and were very patient. I would recommend them to everyone!! They’re the best!!! Thanks again ??❤️‼️

First off, let me say that this establishment was sent by the Creator above. I had been left stranded by my “insurance company “. I was surrounded by darkness and rain. I didn’t have anyone with me at the time. I got my vehicle stuck in mud on an accident. While out doing gig work. After 2 hours, I realized that I had to handle the situation myself. Although I pay for car insurance faithfully. I called Kim’s towing. Just the overall empathy, professionalism, and compassion had me sold. After Progressive wouldn’t even pay them over the phone with a credit card, they stood up for me. They advised they were not gonna leave me stranded, cold, and in the dark. They meant just that. Within less than an hour, I was winched completely out of the mud. The owners called me more than once to make sure that I was okay, and had made it home safely. Good people still exist out here. Please call them. I will from now on!!!!
