Your website says you're open today but you're not. Now, we have to unload all the scrap we loaded in the truck so, basically, you wasted our whole day.

If you care about your tarps or trailer then DO NOT let their crane operator unload your trailer. We said we would unload the trailer by hand so that he didn't destroy anything, the guy insisted that he had "30 years of experience and wouldn't hurt anything" , what do you know? They destroyed a 30 dollar tarp for 30 dollars of scrap!
