I called him at 0905 to pick up my truck to tow it to a repair shop. I ask him how long it will take. He says that "I have a couple of things to do and I will get to it." I text him at 11 asking for an update. No response. An hour later he text me said that he is loading the truck up. An hour and a half later (130), he text saying he dropped off the vehicle. The cost from Greenwood to Fort Smith was 165. Dude, just doesn't seem to care about other people's time. If he would have said 3 hours, I would have called someone else. The only reason I didn't give him a 1 is because he is a part time firefighter.

Awesome company with good prices. I called a company that come highly recommended and they wanted to charge much more to the point I wouldn't pay the price. This is my go to moving forward. Thanks for the tow!!!

Ok i strongly recommend them over any other tow company, not only because of price but for the way they treat people,, so, I believe its the owner not sure but anyways he is always super helpful kind and understanding, and when I say always, I mean it and I got a lot of history with them lately like no joke they've towed my brothers project truck back home atleast 5 times, in 4 months... not to mention the first time I ever had to call them to come get it i had called 7 other tow places and they all wanted over 170 to literally tow the truck 2 miles back to the house luckily 8 o'clock hit and I tried bulldog towing to see how much when I told them where it was did it for like 50 something bucks I think it was 54 or 58 not 100 percent sure but drastically lower then anywhere else and this is a huge jacked up dodge truck and ever since then they're the only ones I call cause how nice and understanding he was, so I've used them 5 times on that truck alone not to mention last week alone I had to call them to tow my sister in laws jacked up Chevy suburban home because the steering column broke when i called it was after 5 even almost 6 and when i told him what happened and where it was and where it was being towed at he remembered who I was and where the house is once I told him where to take it... and even though the site said closes at 5 he still went out and got it and brought it home, theyre just super respectful and great guys there whom also do an amazing job and are always so helpful when needed...
