Oddly this 5 star review is from an unwanted repossession. The driver showed up at 10:30 pm, we expected the repossession but obviously didn’t wanna lose our car. The driver was extremely polite, allowed us to get what things we would need immediately and also talked us through what he knew about the process including the address and company the car went to. Being 7 months pregnant the driver also made sure the car was in a safe position to recover what I needed to in that moment. I appreciate your kindness in such an unfortunate event and glad to know you made the almost 2 hour trek back safely!

My car for repossessed ? and unfortunately for me this is the company they use. They came in the middle of the night (which is fine) but I'm assuming the lack of being able to see what he was doing is the reason he absolutely drug my car across my driveway leaving deep scrapes and paint transfer. Then my key has been broke off my key fob for many months now but I've used the key fob and a pair of pliers to start it with no problem, I'm a delivery driver I start it all day long. But since they had no idea what they were doing and would not let me tell them how they completely broke the end of that key off and I could no longer start my car and had to go have a new key cut. I unfortunately don't have a lot of ground to stand on because the key was already broke but I just wanted to share my experience so hopefully maybe somebody can avoid it happening to them. The girl was downright not nice to me and there was no reason, I was absolutely polite and respectful as I could be.

Of course having your car towed is not a great experience but it’s their job and it’s no one’s fault but our own. With that being said, they were very helpful and professional. I was able to get my vehicle back with no problems.
