I waited 10 minutes. The service was great. They stay pretty busy. They did a 5 minutes tow for me. I had no problem. The owner was super nice and upfront.

They towed my car off the side of the road after it broke down before our tow truck got to it. Of course it happened on Friday evening we called to get it and was told 240 to get right then or 300 the next day. My Car lot tried to contact them Saturday afternoon to get it setup to pick it up but couldn’t ever get an answer. I tried to contact them and got an answer with one of the most unprofessional hateful boy I’ve ever encountere and was told no we couldn’t get the car today because they aren’t open on Saturday even tho the guy from the night before said we could. When I asked him if the lady at the car lot that is trying to get it picked up and to th shop could call him and he answer and set it all up because she had been trying all afternoon to reach him and he got all hateful and said she called while I was eating breakfast and he wasn’t gonna answer for anyone when he was eating. Which I find extremely funny means how it was after 1 pm when we started trying to call and get the car…. Exactly what time do you eat breakfast sir. Yall are just trying to make more money off us by holding my car even longer. Hands down the worse towing service and extremely the most unprofessional service ever.
