I live here and it would be nice if they actually had a store and stocked stuff. This is a vacation destination yet we're forced to get stuff from Bayird and Blue Compass because this company is online only. They ship from manufacturer or wholesaler direct to consumer. Like RV Parts USA drove by there and it was nothing. Mobile techs and RVers in the area need somewhere that's not dealership pricing and can pick stuff up while having a seller customer relationship.

I recently purchased a new cooling unit for my rv refrigerator from Uncharted USA. The unit was packaged pretty well but still showed up with some damage from the shipping company that affected the fitment of the unit. I contacted Kayla Curl about this and she was really great to work with. I told her I thought I could fix it but I didnt want to be stuck with it if I couldnt get it to work. They allowed me to work on it and I did get it to work. They offered to send me a new one but this saved me a lot of time waiting on a shipping. The unit worked perfectly and I really appreciated the trust and willingness to work with me. To top it all off they sent me a credit (I did not ask for) to help with my troubles. I will definitely be working with this company for any of my future needs. Thanks Kayla and Uncharted USA.
