The ease of this transaction ought to be studied! I am currently in New Orleans but needed to get a car I bought in Judsonia, Arkansas to Jonesboro, Arkansas for maintenance. Being from Jonesboro, I have an expectation of honesty that I’ve grown to lean on no matter what state I am residing in at the moment. Now, I can now safely say that D&D Towing have been placed on my list of trusted resources! First at 8:30am, Amber with a bubbly alert personality, quickly gave me a quote, confirmed the booking, and sent a payment link before I got a chance to complete my morning coffee! What a rockstar! Next, the driver omg I forget his name, kept me informed all the way through! Called me like we have known each other forever!!! Love it!! Finally, this whole transaction was done by 1:15pm! I don’t think you hear me…. City to city … with ease! Towing is not cheap let’s be clear! But as a customer, I do not mind paying the cost if helps me out and my assets are protected! I know this is lengthy but I am BEYOND thankful for a company like this! Thanks D&D!! Africa ?

Second time I have used them locally in Jonesboro. They gave me an ETA of one hour both times. First time they were there in ten minutes and today they were there in twenty five minutes. Dispatch lady was very helpful and nice. Driver showed up in nice equipment and a warm professional attitude. You might find as good a service, but you will not find any better. PS really fair price Hope I don’t need another tow, but if I do, know who I’m calling…
