My wife and I got ourselves in a real pickle yesterday. We got our Honda HRV stuck on a muddy and slippery slope teetering on the edge in danger of rolling over and down into Beaver Lake, near the Oak Ridge Park private community near Eureka Springs. It was dark, rainy and situated in a very tricky, precarious position. Our tow technician, Taylor, simply never gave up on us or our very challenging situation. He was excellent at thinking on his feet and ended up devoting several hours with us troubleshooting various methods to resolve our problems. Bottom line: he didn’t have to take on such an atypical, difficult and potentially dangerous job, but he refused to leave us in such a vulnerable situation so far from our home. If you are ever in a fix in the Eureka Springs or Harrison vicinity in north Arkansas and in need of good people to give indispensable assistance call these guys and ask for Taylor! You’ll be in good hands.

Very poor customer service, nearly Impossible to get in contact with anybody that Isn’t a receptionist just wanting to take a number and have someone “call you back whenever they get time” For me, I still have yet to receive a phone call back. I’ve called multiple times since and they towed my truck and they ran my tow bill up over $1200 so far. Sad part was I was ready to pay the tow fee the day of tow. They claimed that the car was owned by somebody in Arkansas yet I had the title and registration from Missouri and all the paperwork needed to prove that it was My vehicle. They Forced me to go to the DMV and confirm what I had already been telling them. When I was right, I received no apology or a price reduction for the days wasted by them instead I just received a “oh well you still owe us $1200” This place is a joke, terrible service, terrible people, terrible business all around! I would not recommend this business to anyone and anyone I do know I will inform to never use them as a towing service. I had well over $2000 worth of tools in My truck and I think they just wanted to keep it! So they trumped up my charges it’s been five days now and it’s 1375 to get the truck out. The manager is a total dimwit Who has no respect and doesn’t know how to run a company, If I could give zero stars I would but sadly I have to give one star. I’m all for one doing their job, but whenever you do your job crookedly, I’m 100% against it. Beware everybody, Don’t let this company bully you!
