I went to HUDSPETH DIESEL LLC based on the address listed on Google Maps and was already inside their yard. The technicians started working on my truck at 9:15 AM and finished at 10:12 AM — less than one hour of work. Initially, the owner tried to charge a $125 call-out fee even though I was already at their location, along with a 2-hour minimum labor charge at $185 per hour. After some back-and-forth, the call-out fee was eventually waived. Still, charging a 2-hour minimum for about one hour of work feels unreasonable. Customers should be clearly informed of these policies before work begins. I recommend getting all pricing in writing upfront.

Very professional great service I made a call and they were out to me in less than 10 mins speedy response and very knowledgeable. Add me back up running and on the road in less than an hour and very reasonable rates.

My husband Ben works for C&W Towing. His boss purchased a wrecker from Hudspeth Diesel today. Everyone was polite and down to earth. From what I could tell it was a very good experience all around. Wonderful people. (Small side note....., I would have stayed and lived in their shop to intern had they let me. Just sayin'. ?)
