I had a great experience at IAA Fayetteville. The staff was very helpful and always had a smiling face. Even though there were at least three big trucks and several smaller ones ahead of me, the loader noticed me waiting as a personal buyer, asked for my stock number, and brought my car promptly. The entire process took around 20 minutes, which was impressive. I am very glad to work with the staff at IAA Fayetteville and truly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.

Worst experience ever!!! Was lied to about the condition of vehicle. It said normal wear and tear, but the engine was so bad you could hear it from miles away. Paid online and came too far to be lied to. I had to sell it to cash for cars, and took a major loss. But I learned my lesson. I did not see all the bad reviews until later, but I suggest everyone pay close attention. All iaai auctions are not like this Lincoln location. Great and helpful people in the surrounding towns but this place is diabolical.

Anyone coming here to load or unload a vehicle should be aware that the lot has very large gravel, which can be tough on tires. The second downside is that the parking area is at a steep and awkward angle.
