Wow! This kind of customer service is unheard-of... we'd ordered 2 Optima Yellow top batteries for our truck from another location but they didn't come in as expected (not the store's fault) we had to leave town for a week on an 800 mile trip and figured we'd get them when we got back...well God had other plans...we got halfway through our trip south and one of our batteries boiled over...thankfully no one was injured. Called the Monticello, AR location and Dee was sorry for our troubles on not getting our batteries. He immediately got our batteries ordered and said they'd be there in the morning (my thought were that we'd heard that at another location) Got to the store in the morning to find out only 1 of the 2 batteries was delivered...heart sank but Dee was already more than halfway back from personally picking up the other battery over an hour away! Wow! Thanks Autozone for hiring good caring people who are willing to go way above and beyond!

Called in with a need for a spark plug for a weedeater, spoke to a gentleman, he asked for a part number, I didn’t have it so called back. Spoke to a woman the second time and gave her the make a model, she said they had two in stock and would cost roughly $5, she said she’d set one aside for me at the front counter. I get to the store at 7:30pm closing at 8pm,and lady wasn’t there. Spoke to the same guy originally - I explained who I spoke to and what I needed and he said oh let me go get it for you. He grabbed.the wrong part and said it’d be $10.09. when I said it didn’t look right, and was double what the lady told me, he said “most weed eaters use ford spark plugs,, if it wasn’t a fit I could return it. I pay for the part and hand him $20, he said he didn’t have any pennies so I expected oh I’ll get 9.90 back instead of 9.91. I got 9.65 back. By the time I got home, part didn’t fit, store was 5 min til closed. It was very clear he was more interested in getting me out the store for his shift to be over than helping me. Waste of time and gas. Better off going to O’Reily’s.

Okay I love leaving reviews good or bad but this one is positive I love coming here they always make sure I leave with the right part no matter what always going to give you the best price only thing I hate is that they need more pay for the good customer service that they provide
