These crooks picked my bike up and charged me $750 for less than a week of "storage". As a truck driver I'm out 10+ days at a time. They were unwilling to work with me. I tried to pick it up on a Friday morning at 10:30 am. They claim to "open" at 9am, yet they couldn't meet me there so I could pick it up. Then because they decided not to let me pick up my bike Friday, they charged me $90 each day for Saturday, Sunday and now Monday. So I was charged nearly $300 extra because they "couldn't" meet me during their own business hours! Beware, they are crooks. Unwilling to work with anyone but police. Then they'll charge you nearly $800 for less than a 2 mile tow and $90 per day you're vehicle is there for a 350lb duel sport bike. Don't pay attention to their hours because they don't Honor them anyway. Getting a total $ amount is like pulling teeth. Then they charge literally for everything. Charged for paperwork, copies of paperwork, for them to "hold onto" paperwork and God forbid you're a truck driver and can't pick it up yourself, they charge you to have your spouse or other family member to pick it up for you. I'll never use nor will I ever recommend them. Hope this helps. Hopefully no one ever need their services. This goes for Erwin towing, Meeks Towing and CVT Towing and Recovery. All 3 are connected. This is about Meeks towing & Recovery They don’t answer their calls and they over charge for a accident wreck the only thing that came off my car was my front bumper and they didn’t have anything more to clean up my CV Axle snapped around a corner and I flew into trees and Bounced off a tree and went head on with another one they are trying to charge me 575 dollars to get the car out and won’t let me have any personal items without paying the whole fee and each day it sits there it’s another 75$ they are overpriced and only want money! I called the Arkansas towing and recovery company about this and they said that it’s against their policy and they are supposed to allow me to get my person items back .
