Tuminos has impounded my vehicle on behalf of the PA police. The vehicle was perfectly fine when picked up and I had NO mechanical problems at all with the vehicle. After making my payment the front desk and retrieving my vehicle I was immediately hit with multiple warning indications on my dash board. Multiple systems have shown up as inoperable. I immediately get out and talk to the staff because I haven't even made it off the lot. I asked was there an accident during the tow and of course everything was denied. I then sat around waiting for someone who I assume was a manager for close to an hour and then head back inside to see if there's someone else to speak too. Another gentleman follows me the car and I show him the error messages and the sounds coming from the steering column. He tells me I won't get there insurance and no one is going to pay for the damages. My car is severely damaged and they refuse to take any accountability. The steering column and the struts/suspension, had no issues prior to the tow and the manager tells me it's not his problem? I'm now left with $1000's in damages and I depend on my car for work. I now have to file a lawsuit just because they obviously did not tow the vehicle properly. Once you take the vehicle on to your lot IT DOES become your problem. You were paid for the tow and storage, you don't get to return the vehicle in any condition without a care. THIS place is a scam. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE OR HOW IT'S HANDLED , ALL THEY DO IS GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND
