I had an outstanding experience getting a dent repaired on my BMW X5. From the start, he made himself available for next-day service, which was incredibly convenient. He also said upfront that if he couldn’t fix it, he wouldn’t charge me, which I really appreciated. Not long after, he sent me a video showing the dent completely gone.
