Disabled with a flat tire in New London, 100 miles from home, and well after regular business hours, Gus couldn’t have been more cheerful, helpful and professional. His priority was getting me back on the road safely. He diligently diagnosed the issue with my tire failure and, after trying to patch the tire, he found other defects and wouldn’t let me hit the highway, not feeling confident with the quality and reliability of the repair. So he made some calls around the area, “tirelessly” searching and was able to resource a replacement tire around 8 PM… He wasn’t concerned about the extra time it took or any extra charges, he just wanted to keep his word and get me on my way. Ultimately, the tire worked perfectly and I got back to the Cape that evening… It was a great experience and great ending to the day, following an afternoon of anxiety, thinking I was definitely going to be stuck in New London for the night. Thank you, Gus, for your professionalism and good nature. With all the options that I saw when I “Googled” a tow service, I feel as though I hit the Lottery and made the right call ! Be well my friend !

Great place! Went to Gus to have him change out my husband's bumper for a new one. Gus took our truck in right away and had it done in a day!! Was very satisfied!! Definitely will return again for any future car repairs!

If you are looking for a reliable tow truck service...I DO NOT recommend. First, Gus said he would be to my vehicle in 1 hour, this was at 2:30 pm on a Friday. At 4:00 pm I called to see staus of arrival...Gus said 30 mins. At 6:42 pm I texted him and asked if he was on his way. I NEVER heard from him! This was 2 days before hurricane Henri was supposed to hit CT. He was going to tow my car to his garage and replace the alternator. We already had the part...he just needed to install. On our 4:00 pm call, Gus said he would do the work right away on Friday eve. Why would you promise work and not show up? Or at least call or text and let a customer know you weren't going to make it. Completely unprofessional! The worst part is he knew I was stuck without a vehicle with a hurricane coming. He just blew me off. Use this auto repair shop and tow company at your own risk...I DO NOT recommend! Zero stars of course, but had to give one star to review.
