I had an excellent experience with Automotive 7 – Auto Collision. From start to finish, they did an outstanding job on my 2025 Ford Mustang GT — honestly, the car looks better now than when I brought it in. Along with the collision repairs, I also had some extra work done, including PPF, powder-coated rims, and a full ceramic coating, and everything came out absolutely amazing. The quality of the work was top-tier, and the pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship they delivered. If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be communication about the timeline at the beginning. I was initially told the car would take about seven days, but it ended up being closer to a month. That said, this was not their fault at all — it was due to insurance delays and parts being on backorder. Once the insurance approved everything and the parts arrived, Automotive 7 finished my car in less than a week, which is excellent. I would just suggest being more upfront with customers that the timeline depends heavily on insurance approvals and parts availability — but again, the delay was completely outside their control. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Most importantly, the final result was incredible. If I ever have to go through this process again, I would 100% bring my car back to Automotive 7 without hesitation.
