I’ll say if you aren’t getting tires or an alignment stay away from any other services. The tech who worked on my car left bolts missing on brackets. Also the motor mount replacement they did failed after a few weeks. When I called to get it looked at for a possible warranty I was told to come in. When I came in Dennis the manager wasn’t there but the other service advisor told me there’s no way a part like that would fail that fast and the vibrations were probably more internal engine related. I’m not an idiot and that was a HUGE red flag. I decided not to leave the car there and called corporate. I took the car to Firestone in Cromwell and they found the failed upper mount. Failed LOOSE lower mount after they had replaced it a few months prior and another mount on the transmission failing. So much for internal engine related things. I think the tech they have at Newington is a hack and does certain things on purpose so you have to keep returning. Or just doesn’t know what he’s doing. Stay far away. However. Cromwell gets my business and 5 stars for customer service and communication and a full disclosure of what they found instead of a guess a maybe and a good luck

I called two locations today with hopes of being able to be seen first thing tomorrow. Thankfully, this location had the availability I desired. I was super pleased with how patient and friendly the staff was while helping me adjust as a first time customer. I will surely be back to update my experience once the work has been completed. Thanks a bunch! Sir Dennis was amazing and made my first visit unforgettable! I will be back for routine maintenance!
