I HIGHLY recommend this shop. It's a family owned joint, with multiple members of the family working there on a given day. I am from out of town, and they gratuitously fit me in for some brake work so I could get back home. They were so kind, transparent, and communicative. They also have some great future advice to take home with me to my regular shop. I wish I was more local, I would come to them for all my car repairs!

Great people but terrible customer service as well as a horrible recent experience. I am a local contractor and brought my company van in for an oil change (I complained it was burning oil and wanted them to check for leak) and paid for a full inspection a few months ago. After the inspection they told me I needed new shocks all the way around and new front control arms as well as a few other problems. No real answer on the oil leak was given. I called a few months later to schedule the work and Wes (one of the owners) said he would call me back the following day with a schedule. A week goes by no response. I go to the shop to see whats going on and am told they are on vacation and will call me next week when they return. The next week I get a call telling me im scheduled for the following day and need to drop off my truck that night, no warning. I had to reschedule 3 jobs and inconvenience multiple of my customers. Barely even a sorry from them as they blamed it on a computer error. Whatever I brush it under the rug. They tell me that the oil leak is from the back left side of the head gasket. The mechanic did note that its very easy to see, however this was not reported to me after that original inspection I payed for... I pick up my truck and drive home and notice my rear break lines dangling on the driver side. They said it must have come off on the lift by accident and just needed to be tac welded back into place. They fix it the next day and im good to go (or so i thought). I drive 100-200 miles and all seems well until my brake pedal drops to the floor. Luckily I was in a parking lot and not on the highway. I rush to the back of the truck and sure enough a brake line on the rear driver side had pulled out... what a coincidence! My truck had to be towed, more of my jobs were rescheduled, and after arguing with the owner who was persistent they were not at fault, they agreed to fix the brake lines. When I showed to pick up the truck Wes was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns and problems, while Mike continously tried to convince me that it was not their fault and claimed that a brake line fitting had most likely rotted. To which I replied that this should have been documented in the original vehicle inspection as it did not suddenly rust/rot since my last oil change. I argued that it was not a coincidence that the rear brakeline assembly was dangling and now a rear line has completely pulled out, as well as that if the fittings were in that bad of shape then i should have been warned in the vehicle inspection. They argued that they did not have a crystal ball and could not see the future which I understand, but you can see rust/rot... so if they were actually doing the inspection I payed them for, then they would have noticed I needed brake work or that i had a head gasket leak. Honestly I was prepared to pay them for the material and brush it under the rug but I couldn't get past the smugness/attitude and the complete lack of professionalism from Wes, as well as the lack of communication and scheduling errors. Needless to say, I will not be returning with any of my business nor will I be referring their's!
