John S. at Bosco's Automotive is a lifesaver – truly exceptional service with a human touch! I had an incredibly frustrating day dealing with car repair issues, specifically a dead auto car starter. My local Jeep dealer charged me $300 just to tell me I needed a new battery, quoting another $700 for the part and installation. After a few dead ends trying to get a battery installed that I sourced myself, I called Bosco's Automotive. I spoke to John S., who initially shared the standard policy of not installing customer-supplied parts. However, after hearing about the nightmare day I was having (and the fact I had just purchased the battery two minutes prior), he graciously agreed to help me out, bending the rules just because he's a decent person. Turns out, because my battery is awkwardly located under the passenger seat, Costco had directed me to purchase the wrong battery size. John realized this mid-installation. Instead of turning me away, he offered a solution: he told me to come back the next morning and he would personally source the correct battery and install it for me. The final bill from John was only $440 total—significantly less than the Jeep dealer's quote. John went above and beyond what any other shop would do. He knows what service is and lives it with the human touch. I highly recommend Bosco's Automotive and John S. to anyone needing honest, empathetic, and expert car repair.

Towing services only. Unfortunately my vehicle was stolen from Springfield and left on the street and Connecticut. The police was called and had it towed to this towing company. I had to get a ride to come and get my personal belongings out of my vehicle. I was told by Zack the person in the office to leave the key with him and which I did. Eventually, my car was delivered to the auto mechanic in Springfield by a different towing company. Furthermore, my remote starter key that I left in the care with Zack did not give it to the towing company; so I’m trying to locate my key by calling and asked about it. No one knew where my key was. I talked with Angelo who eventually called me back and said that it was located, I had to go and get my own key that was left in Zack‘s care. I don’t feel that it was fair for me to have to drive to Connecticut to get it when it should’ve been given to the company that they used. Unfortunately, I did not get No apologies from Zack , I only got an apology from Angelo, Thank you for that who actually gave me my key as I came to Bosco’s to retrieve it. It’s the principal that counts. All I asked is to admit that you were wrong and to least give an apology from ZACK I understand mistakes happen and be honest to admit your error and offer a simple apology. if something like this happened to you or anyone. Due unto others what you would want done onto yourself right? In closing I had a bad experience with what I had to deal with. F. Daniels

Had some work done on my van. They got me in as quick as possible. They are honest, professional and fair. If I am in town and need repairs, I will be going there. The van is doing great. Thanks to all of you.
