Dropped off my U-Haul trailer and asked these guys how much to get my skid steer unstuck. Scott was headed to me within 10-20 mins of me asking them. I felt bad because we actually were able to get it out and he was already on the way but absolutely incredible response time. Very professional staff. I stopped using AAA because cliffs is the company they would always send out and they are very incompetent. Cliffs and rude and overpriced. Cdls was welcoming from the first time I’ve gone to them for either a U-Haul rental, their mechanic shop or even their towing service. No matter when I went ir who I dealt with I always was respected, they go above and beyond and they are good prices. Thank you Scott for coming out so fast. Sorry we got it out as you were 2 minutes from us! Definitely sticking with you guys!

up until right now I have been extremely impressed with this places service and everything until today. I was merging onto route 12 off of route 6 in Danielson and was two car lengths ahead in the right lane of their tow truck driver that was pulling a car. Instead of driving safely and respectfully seeing that I was to car lengths ahead of him he sped up and cut me off and ran me off the road.. I went to CDLs to speak to Scott and was basically told the right lane ends so even though I was a very good distance in front of him Scott says he was justified in running me off the road because the right lane ends and I did not have the right away. So basically Scott is okay with his drivers almost killing somebody all because my lane ended and his merged. like I said I was a good two car lengths ahead he sped up and ran me off the road. I will not be giving them another Penny of my business and also will be reporting them because I tried to rectify it with Scott and was basically told to go away. have been extremely impressed with them up until now. I was just completely dismissed after one of his drivers ran me off the road and you know what there's plenty of other repair places out there I won't be back. please watch out for any CDLs tow trucks when you're out on the road they will run you right off the road not give a shit about you and then Scott will just protect their bad behavior all because my Lane ended anyways even if I was to car lengths ahead of the tow truck when we were merging. very disappointed in how I was just treated by Scott specifically as I have given them thousands and thousands of dollars worth of business. Really sad coming from a local business that I have supported sense they opened and was just dismissed after his driver was extremely unsafe.

Very, very disappointed and upset. I booked a uhaul for mobile pickup on a Sunday, when the physical location was closed. They assured us we were set to go for mobile pickup and it was an easy process. Well. We were all set to move on the day we made the reservation and when we arrived, we couldn't get the truck. After calling uhaul, we were told that CDLS neglected to select "mobile pickup" and we could not actually get the truck. Disgusting! Thank God that UHaul was able to arrange for us to get a truck at a location about 20 minutes away from that one, or we would have been unable to move. I DO NOT recommend using CDLs.
