We had a great experience with Mr Junker. We inherited quite a bit of old furniture when we bought our house from a family member, much of it taking up room in our basement and garage. It was too heavy for us to lift ourselves. I also really wanted to donate it, but didn't have the time to take photos to send to an organization. I was so happy to learn that Mr Junker gives good quality items to local charities and that it is easier for the charity to do it through them. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5 is that their website's pricing is confusing and when I booked over the phone, no one verified the price or gave a quote. We almost filled an entire truck, but Chris worked with us on the price due to the lack of understanding their pricing on their website. Really happy with the experience having Chris and Nick help us and would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend the services of Mr. Junker! I had a very large item to dispose of. I called on Tuesday morning and received a call back about my needs within a few minutes. I was able to get an appointment for the following day The gentlemen were timely and did an excellent job. They reassured me that my large item was no problem. I had quite a bit of other “stuff” also. They took it all! They vacuumed the area inside and swept up the area in the garage! They were professional, courteous and completed the whole job quickly. Well worth the money!

Excellent service, arrived when scheduled to arrive, and very reasonably priced. Chris and Tom(?) were very professional and personable. They had my garage bay filled with what I considered to be junk loaded and gone in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
