I was having issues with my Subaru Impreza and came in for an inspection after an OBD scan for my check engine light. When I first called, I was listened to, respected, and taken seriously as a young woman - compared to some other places I’ve tried. The service staff at the front desk were extremely kind and accommodating. After an inspection, I had to replace my front cover gasket and O2 sensor. The front desk was helpful in talking me through the process, costs, and reality of the situation. Plus, the report system that they use is easy to use and very helpful as they provide an in-depth report right to your phone in which you can view photos, notes from the mechanic, and approve or deny right from the app. I thought this was easier to use and straightforward. It ended up costing me a pretty penny, but it needed to be done. I would trust Palumbo’s to do work on my car again and I appreciated their excellent customer service and level of respect they give each of their customers.

I had a rear signal light, brake light and tail light out. Stopped by in the afternoon. Staff was very nice and willing to help. Turns out that I only needed some bulbs replaced. They had it fixed and had me on my way very quickly and relatively inexpensive. Very thankful for the quick service.
