I will attest to the owner’s son (Ed Jr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn’t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the “damage” and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed’s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr’s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today’s world, honesty is paramount…for me and this seems to be an honest place.

Brought my vehicle here after it was hit in a rear end accident and needed a new bumper. Heritage took care of everything with the insurance company and set up a rental car for me. I didn’t have to do a single thing. They did great work in a very timely manner and the results were excellent. From what I can tell they even detailed the interior! Impeccable service and very friendly people. In the future I won’t be bringing my car anywhere else. This is a great body shop.
