I'd heard great things about Eddie's for years and went there in Oct 2025 to have some damage repaired. Unfortunately, the great things I had heard were not true. Spoke with Eddie in Oct 2025 for an estimate. He said that would take a few weeks, which was fine. Never heard from Eddie so I called in Nov, again in December, and then visited in January. Still haven't heard from them as of 26Feb. Had my car repaired elsewhere, took less than 2 weeks! My sense is that Eddie has enough business that he does not care if a few customers like myself are ignored

On a couple occasions over the years, Eddie's Auto Body (a.k.a. "The Car Spa") has been our "go to" for when the unfortunate happens. They take care of everything when dealing through insurance, fighting for what best for you as their customer; i.e. using ONLY OEM parts. Only recently did I learn they also take care of the more general car maintenance like oil changes, tire change/balance, alignments, etc. I recently reached out about having a set of 35" tires on 16" wheels road force balanced. In my experience, road force is the only way to go on big tire/small wheel combo's like this. Carol said they would take care of them no problem, but would not charge me road force balance time unless they actually needed it. As it turns out, they conventionally balanced just fine, saving me $100+ over the next quote I got to do the same job. Call Carol and Eddie for any of your car needs. I am confident that these honest folks with take care of you and your car.

I normally only write positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Eddie’s Auto Body was so disappointing that I feel I have to share it. I brought my newer truck in 7 weeks ago for a large body repair quote (not through insurance). Since then, I have called at least five different times and was repeatedly promised by the owner that I would finally get a quote. Each time, nothing came. Even the front desk lady seemed embarrassed by how the owner handles business. At this point, they’ve completely wasted weeks of my time—time I could have spent getting the work started elsewhere. It’s very unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for customers. It’s a shame to have to write this, but people deserve to know what they might be dealing with if they bring their vehicle here.
