For what it's worth, my experience with this business has been quite the opposite of the 1 star review posted a couple of years ago. They have actively advised against repairs that I requested saying the service was not needed or cost effective. My request could have easily been accommodated if they wished to jack up my bill. They also provided less costly repair options to consider on several occasions. They provided service on my BMW X3 and my husband's Audi A8.

John and John (Thus the J&J in the name) maintained my old 2002 E320 for more than 6 years. They always did a fantastic job and I never, not once, had to bring the car back because it wasn't done right the first time. What I really liked about the "Johns" was that they knew I just wanted to keep the car going (milk it along as my father used to say), not make it the best old car on the Shoreline. With that in mind, they only recommended work that would keep me moving in the right direction without endangering myself and others. Sadly, I junked the car this past year (John bought it from me) and am now driving a 2016 E350. You can bet your life I'll be bringing this "new" car to J&J for years to come.
