Here’s my experience: My husband and I bought a car from Carvana, and upon its arrival, we discovered transport damage on the front bumper. On the same day we received the vehicle, we contacted Carvana’s customer service while the driver documented the damage and we took photos. By the end of our call, we were advised to reach out to Stilly’s, who collaborates with the warranty company. The following day, we contacted Stilly’s. All we needed to do was drop off the car, and Stilly’s handled everything else for us. We were never caught in the middle. They kept us informed about any issues, and when the warranty company hesitated to meet Stilly’s quality standards, Stilly’s took the necessary steps to address the situation. Rod and his team truly went above and beyond to support us. I will continue to do business with Stilly’s for all my vehicle’s repairs/needs.
