They don’t deserve one star went for dot inspection they told me 9am I get there they said 3hours then I go back 3hr they said 2 hr then they call me after 2hr and say we can’t do inspection today so smfh unprofessional they had me waiting there all day I could have been work they had no reason to do that they should’ve told me the truth smh don’t let them work on your truck inside is good they store but the shop no good

It used to be a 5 Star 76. Then changed to TA It has gone to a 0. Corporate? Destroyed this place. It was our family weekly stop for decades. Greatest Food, Menu, Buffet 5 ⭐. NOW? Fast food, Nothing "trucker" about it's inside area. Franchises, Corporate stained No more interesting items to buy. No souvenirs, Clothing, Truck accessories GONE!! We can't even stay to rest the night in shrunken parking lot for our Escorts. Or family without someone BANGING their door into your car! It's a Sodium, Junk food,Joyless visit. I went in today. Just to see if it improved..? Used to have Patriotic, Native American items in corner. Such a loss. I'll never go and keep on trucking by no matter how tired. Popeyes? Seriously? The Institutional buffet everybody loves must go out of area. No more buttery blueberry pancakes, syrup, bacon,eggs. All the franchises that are in there you can find literally almost a dozen of them just within a few miles the truck stop. I would absolutely not recommend anybody go here. If you were here back in the day even in the 90s you would know what I'm talking about. This was the best place in the entire I don't need to go to either as a family or is a driver. It is none of the above anymore. It's just another over glorified convenient shop and don't even get me going on the prices. And the very least it could have at least gone with shell gasoline. V93 specifically is actually very vital up in this part of the country. Anyhow the horse has been down and doesn't look like it's getting back up

The mechanic shop is a crap playing with the drivers' time and money. I went on Friday 10:30 in the morning for an annual DOT inspection and at 2:47 in the afternoon they asked me to put the truck in front of the bay and that's because I went to ask them when it was my turn To tell me almost at 4 in the afternoon that the truck didn't pass because a broken wheel seal and And that the work could be finished on Saturday morning. When I return Saturday morning they tell me that the mechanic has not arrived and they call me when I arrive. I kept waiting and around 10:30am I decided to go ask for an update the guy takes out his phone and calls the Mechanic and sends to say that the work has to be finished on Monday because they have to order the parts and because it was Saturday it was closed. The most unpleasant thing about this situation is the waste of time for nothing and on top of that they charged me for a supposed DOT that they didn't do because I myself informed them of the broken seal
