If it was possible to give zero stars that is what Auto Kingdom deserves. First off, This "auto-repair" shop was not my choice, I was sent here via my Endurance warranty. I was having engine problems with my 2017 Ford, which is a known issue with my model yet the individuals here had no idea about something that is so easy to find with google. They then claimed that it was not covered by my warranty which I now realize they most likely never even contacted since there was never any denied claims on my Endurance Portal. I then had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for a hack job. The returned my car to me with numerous lights on told me to drive around and it would be fixed. It was not, I had to go back for them to fix it, then they told me if it was unrelated I would have to pay again out of pocket. Their "fix" was given with a 365 day warranty. When the same issues appeared again about six months later I brought the vehicle back for the third time. They had my vehicle for less than 30 minutes and claimed "nothing was wrong." I finally came to my senses and brought my vehicle to a reputable auto-repair shop who identified the problem a day later since they actually took the time with my vehicle to find the issue. They stated that Auto Kingdom essentially put a band-aid on top of the real problem and they weren't surprised that my vehicle was having issues again since they never actually fixed anything. Oh, and shocker now its all covered under my warranty. So please if you made it this far into my long winded review save your time and DO NOT go to Auto Kingdom.

This was my first visit to the facility. Took my car in for an oil change and to fix a headlight. Gustavo went above and beyond to ensure my headlight was fixed properly and at a reasonable cost. They have one of the least costly labor rates I have seen in the last 10 years. The overall experience was very good and happy to be their newest customer.

I asked them if they can patch a hole on my tire. I have custom wheels which cost a fortune. The wheel was mint, not a scratch on it when I left the tire. I returned 2 hours later to pick it up and pay the bill. The owner said the tire was dry and they couldn’t get the tire off the rim. Tire is about 14 months old so that was a bit suspect. I offered to pay for their time, but the owner said no charge. So I went outside to retrieve my wheel and I noticed significant damage to it. It appears the tech mangled it all up. Pry and scratch marks all over it. I asked the owner to explain and he basically told me it was like that when I dropped it off, which it wasn’t. He totally wrote me off and walked away.
