My first review written about Bob Valenti Jeep and their service department was rather scathing as I felt they were being rather dishonest about out of warranty repairs on my wifes 2 Jeep purchase that seemed to be a "Deja Vue" coincidence that I believed was not a coincidence. Being rather unhappy and after writing my review the owner, Bob Valenti, actually took the time to call me, listen to my concerns and ultimately we reached an agreeable resolution on the repair. As a business owner, Mr. Valenti did the right thing in my opinion and thus earned my business if I was ever to need a vehicle. Spin forward a year or more and my Nissan decided to give up the ghost and I was in need of a vehicle. Speaking with Jason, who my wife has purchased 2 Jeeps from, he was able to get me into a great vehicle with low miles and completely loaded. Although new would have been my 1st option the vehicle I purchased is the better choice as I do not want to spend upwards of 80K on a vehicle. Bob, Jason and all the Valenti staff I thank you for taking care of my family's vehicle needs and being an upfront, transparent and honest dealership. Being customer focused in today's marketplace is a rarity. THANK YOU!
