Gabby at Marvel Auto Body was SO helpful to me when I had to send my car to get fixed. She helped me with communication between the insurance company and rental car company to make things easy and stress free. Marvel Auto Body as a whole is very down to earth and reliable to get the job done. Highly recommend. They are now my go to auto shop!

I didn't get the woman's name, but I had reserved a Penske truck at this location, I was running 15 minutes late - I called this company and the woman on the line said " I'm not staying an extra 15 minutes, if you can't get here before that I am leaving". This caused me to have to go to another STATE to get a truck!! I ended up getting a larger truck- meaning more gas through my trip -in the hundreds because this was from Ct to a lower southern state. I had my phone on speaker so I'm not the only one who heard how rude & disrespectful this woman was. DO NOT rely on them to work with you.
