I would give Noank Shipyard 6 stars if possible. My experience has been fantastic. The service department is top notch. We have needed help a couple of times and staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Gale in the front office, Tabatha in service and John the electrician could not be nicer or easier to work with. This is a very well run marina and shipyard. Highly recommend!

We went to Abott's and walked the neighborhood. We could go out on the docks at the shipyard but it was neat to see the ships in the harbor. Very clean and the docks looked like a secure place to dock you boat with suitable equipment for boat repairs.

The view and the restaurant are very nice however we’ve had nothing but issues since we arrived. We requested maintenance upon arrival and There was no support they never called us to tell us they were not coming. They never followed up on anything. We shouldn’t have to beg to have things fixed.. There’s a power issue also with the dock power, but after several calls, they are not doing anything about that either. I will do a more in-depth details review with photos in the future, but just wanted to get this out there to start my complaints You pay a lot of money for this to not have top-notch service. after rereading most of these reviews, I realize most of them are people just going to the restaurant. They have no clue about what it’s like to keep your boat here.
