After extensively searching for a used truck for my business ( most of them were junk in my price range of 14-15k) I found a great truck at this location ( I was lucky to find them because they don’t sell a lot of trucks). The owner (Josh) and the salesman Keith were awesome, very professional. As someone who does all my own selling ( for my business) I felt no pressure to buy or like I was being scammed ever. After buying the truck there was a small issue ( tiny) not noticed before taking delivery and Josh went above and beyond to take care of it standing by his word as promised pre purchase (which meant the world, and is the foundation of my own business) If you are looking for a straight forward no nonsense experience for a quality used vehicle look no further than New England Auto Sales, thank you guys!!!!

Recently purchased a vehicle here, Volvo XC90, pretty straightforward, Josh the purchase very easy and smooth. They offered 30 days or 1,500 miles warranty, and they came through, when something needed to be addressed they found time to check it out and take care of it. I’d definitely recommend them as it was a pleasure doing business with them, no pressure and totally reasonable.

Honesty and Integrity...It seemed true when I bought a Corvette and Hummer from you. By the time I got around to my Jeep, however, it was evident that was no longer the case. At least towards me. I don't think I ever did anything wrong to you or your staff. I didn't even complain when I came for the complimentary oil change for the Hummer and discovered it bone dry when checking fluids myself. But to give me the runaround and not honor a purchased warranty because you didn't want to do the work because me trading the vehicle in was the easier route for you, then try to pit me against a mechanic I'd been going to for years...Hmm. Even when buying the vehicle, I came down the night before to look at it. And when I pointed out the tires were bald, you said there was nothing wrong with them. Even then I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and not think you would blatantly insult my intelligence. There are times when people deserve a bad review. And you certainly earned this one.
