Joey at Vertucci Automotive is truly a godsend. My sunroof suddenly refused to close (in the middle of winter btw), and after going to multiple places with no solution, I was feeling completely defeated. I didn’t plan on fully repairing the sunroof since the cost would likely exceed the value of my car — I simply needed it manually closed. I reached out to a dealership and was told they wouldn’t even look at it without a $200 diagnostic fee, despite me explaining that I wasn’t looking for a full repair. I was later quoted an outrageous price just for the part alone, not including labor. At that point, I felt stuck and stressed. Then I remembered my aunt had once used Vertucci Automotive. I stopped in, explained the situation, and Joey immediately said, “Sure — pull it in.” No hesitation. No upselling. Just genuine willingness to help. Joey and his team took a look and had my sunroof safely closed within 30 minutes. When I asked how much I owed, Joey said nothing. I was honestly blown away. Joey is kind, professional, honest, and incredibly skilled — qualities that are rare to find in the auto repair world. As someone who is usually very cautious and untrusting when it comes to car repairs, this experience completely restored my faith. Vertucci Automotive has earned a lifelong customer in me (I have my oil changed already scheduled), and I will recommend Joey and his team 1000% to anyone who needs honest, compassionate, top-tier service.
