I had a great experience here from start to finish. Dave was really easy to talk to, honest, and straightforward, which I really appreciated. I never felt any pressure such as upselling at all. The technician, Aaron, did a great job as well and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. I have been coming here for years to get my alignment done for both cars I own. What can I say, the shop has super friendly and outgoing staff and it's super clean. I recently did a oil change with them, the kind gentleman gave me a $25 discount off of the full synthetic oil change. Highly recommend Firestone in Vernon.
